The Tihase apartment buildings, which are being constructed on the corner of Sõpruse Avenue and Tihase Street in the Kristiine district, form a residential complex modern in appearance that will also be home to small businesses. The complex brings together the best of both worlds: an idyllic, family-friendly environment with playgrounds, relaxation areas and green spaces (including a private orchard); and the urban rhythms of the nearby city centre, with all the fun and excitement it has to offer. Located at Sõpruse pst 26//28, the buildings feature 46 apartments and three commercial spaces.
Lahekalda is a rapidly developing new residential district where new modern buildings will be erected. In addition to more than a thousand apartments, a kindergarten and a convenience store are planned in the area.
