Modern and minimalist in their design, Leedri apartment buildings are being constructed at Raadi, just 10 minutes’ drive from Tartu’s city centre. This is a place where you can put down roots, make long-term plans, and rest and gather energy. Your children can grow and life can flourish here. Just like the elder tree blooming outside the door to your new home.
The two to four room apartments will be located in three-storey buildings with minimalist, modern architecture. In the first phase, we’re developing two apartment buildings on Leedripuu Street, in Raadi. Each building will be home to 24 carefully designed apartments, ranging in size from 41.5–102.6 m².
All apartments will have cosy 5 m² balconies, and the ground-floor apartments will have private terraces. One of the buildings will have two larger apartments with roof-top terraces offering expansive views of the green surroundings. All apartments come ready for the installation of air conditioning units. Each home includes a 5 m² storage room and a parking space.
The Leedripuu apartment buildings have been carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy for residents and to avoid direct views into neighbours’ windows.
The stylish facades feature a combination of black or white wood and light plaster. The buildings have an energy class A rating and solar panels on the roof. Each building has a lift that reaches the basement level, where, in addition to storage rooms, there is a storage area for bicycles and strollers, along with a washing facility.
Parking is conveniently located near the entrance.
The Leedripuu buildings are surrounded by extensive low- and high-level landscaping, including trees, bushes, planting areas, and perennial flowerbeds. The courtyard features the already completed Jasmiini Street playground, a climbing area, an outdoor gym, and a basketball court. The Jasmiini Street recreation area has an environmentally friendly rainwater collection system that reduces the risk of flooding from heavy rainfall and feeds the local groundwater and vegetation. The Jasmiini Street recreation area also includes a designated dog walking area.
Raadi is home to a newly completed education centre, with a kindergarten and school operating in the first building, and a primary school and sports facility with stadium set to be built soon. Within walking distance you’ll find Maxima and Selver shops, where you can also access parcel machines. The largest K-Rauta hardware store in the Baltics will soon open its doors here.
Raadi offers a variety of sports and leisure activities, including walking and cycling paths, outdoor gyms, and a basketball court. Nearby attractions include the Roosi Disc Golf Park, and the Holm football park. In winter, you can go tubing at Raadimõisa or ski along the Vedru ski trails. Within 1 km, you’ll find Raadi Manor and its park, the Estonian National Museum with its exhibitions and busy event calendar, as well as the wonderful views and winding walking paths of Majoraadi Park.
Life is good in Raadi!
