A handyman included with your new home

Terms and Conditions of the Campaign “A Handyman Included with Every Home Purchase”

1. The organizer of the campaign “A Handyman Included with Every Home Purchase” (hereinafter the Campaign) is Merko Kodud OÜ (registry code 16796573).
2. The Campaign is valid from 13 April to 14 June 2026 (hereinafter the Campaign Period).
3. The Campaign applies to clients who conclude a real right agreement for the purchase of an apartment ownership (including a real right agreement together with a law of obligations agreement) during the Campaign Period.
4. The Campaign is valid in the following developments: Uus-Veerenni (Tiiu 14/1, Tiiu 12, Pille 11), Erminurme, Õielehe (Õie 2 and 4), Lahekalda (Paekalda 19 and 21), Allveelaeva 4, and Tihase (Sõpruse pst 26 and 28).
5. As part of the Campaign, the client receives up to 4 hours of handyman service with the purchase of a new home. The service can be used for minor household tasks (e.g. installation of light fixtures, mounting pictures and shelves, furniture assembly, installation of home appliances, minor painting works, etc.). The Campaign cannot be used for extensive construction or renovation works (e.g. electrical cabling, demolition of walls, painting of an entire apartment or large surfaces, floor replacement, warranty works, etc.). The handyman may only perform tasks that do not require a professional qualification or certification.
6. After concluding the real right agreement, Merko’s sales manager will provide the client with the contact details of MPark Ehitab OÜ (hereinafter the Partner), whom the client may contact within three months from the conclusion of the real right agreement.
7. The client and the Partner will agree on the scope and timing of the works. If materials or additional supplies are required (e.g. screws, fixings, paints, brushes, etc.), these will be procured by the client or, by agreement, by the Partner at the client’s expense. If no agreement is reached regarding the works, timing and/or price, the Partner is not obliged to perform the work.
8. Upon completion of the works, a handover-acceptance report shall be signed between the client and the Partner.
9. The Partner is responsible for the completed works.
10. If the works take less than 4 hours, the unused time will not be compensated or carried forward.
11. If the works exceed 4 hours:
    – the Partner will complete the work within a reasonable additional time (up to 30 minutes);
    – beyond 30 minutes, the client will pay the Partner directly for additional time.
12. The Campaign cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
13. The client may use the Campaign once.
14. Merko Kodud OÜ reserves the right to amend the Campaign terms or terminate the Campaign, informing of any changes on its website.
