We want everyone to feel at home in Merko-built properties. That’s why we collaborate with renowned architects to create thoughtfully planned and functional spaces. To ensure commercial spaces retain their value, we use quality equipment and finishing materials. Clients can submit customisation requests until construction reaches approximately the halfway point in the schedule – when we place final finishing orders with suppliers.

We engage qualified owner supervision specialists. While on-site personnel conduct continuous construction supervision, Merko quality specialists additionally monitor compliance and provide technical consultation.

Secure Solutions

For security, Merko buildings feature serialised locks and copy-protected keys with accompanying security cards. Building entrances are equipped with intercom systems. Additionally, all commercial spaces are pre-wired for security alarm installation.

We develop illuminated paths and streets around our buildings. When designing parking and outdoor areas, we consider the needs of all users.

Energy Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness

Merko commercial spaces are located in energy-efficient, low-energy buildings. We’ve been developing A-energy class buildings since 2013. Since 2020, we only apply for building permits for new development projects as nearly-zero-energy buildings.

We design buildings with an optimised building form and select the best possible locations for commercial spaces. We utilise efficient heat recovery ventilation systems, windows and doors with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and high-performance exterior wall constructions.
