Sales information

In order to assure the best quality and comfort for the home buyers, we shall manage all stages of the apartment development: from planning, design and construction to sale and warranty service. Our sales manager will be your professional partner in the process of choosing and buying your home.

THE PROCESS OF PURCHASE

1. Reservation. In order to reserve an apartment, please contact the sales manager. You can make a reservation free of charge for up to two weeks. The reservation will become effective when the sales manager has sent you a written acknowledgement. We shall then mark the apartment as reserved on our website. Reservations can be extended by agreement with the sales manager. If the client does not submit the information needed for concluding a contract under the law of obligations during the reservation period, the reservation may be unilaterally cancelled by the seller.

2. Contract under the law of obligations. While the building is under construction, we shall conclude a notarised contract under the law of obligations, which will require payment of 15% of the price of the apartment. If you are willing to pay more than 15% of the transaction amount upon entering into the contract, we can offer you more favourable terms and conditions for a larger down payment – ask our sales manager for a personal offer!

3. Property-law contract. When the building is completed, we shall conclude a property-law contract, which will involve the transfer of ownership and payment of the rest of the price.

CONTRACT

The contract price will include:

  • the level of completion of the apartment and the building as indicated in the design documentation and the interior finishing table;
  • bathroom furniture with sanitary fixtures;
  • construction of, and connection to, the utility networks (electricity, water and sewerage).

The contract price will not include:

  • the notary fee and state fee for concluding the contract of sale;
  • charges for connection to the telephony, data and cable networks and to the security alarm system.
