The Allveelaeva 2 residential and commercial building is being built near the Noblessner marina, next to the Allveelaeva 4 building. The new building is planned to have 83 apartments and 6 commercial spaces. The homes here have higher than average ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, and the apartments on the upper floors have spacious roof terraces. There is a playground and a cozy courtyard in the middle of the building.

Residents’ parking spaces have been safely moved under the building. Merko’s professionalism and years of experience are behind the high construction quality of the development. The building at Allveelaeva 2 has been designed by PLUSS Architects, while the interior architectural solutions were created by studio Argus.
