Noblessner, recognised as the best urban development in the Baltic countries, is situated by the sea, near the Seaplane Harbour, within a walking distance from Tallinn city centre and the Old Town. Once the principal submarine shipyard in the Russian Empre, it has now evolved into a stylish and modern seaside urban area. Noblessner features historical industrial buildings with stately architecture, a marina, art galleries, best eateries in town, diverse cultural life and high-quality real estate development.

Noblessner is among the most popular, beautiful and desirable neighbourhoods in Tallinn.

The Allveelaeva 2 residential and commercial building is being built near the Noblessner marina, next to the Allveelaeva 4 building. The new building is planned to have 83 apartments and 6 commercial spaces. The homes here have higher than average ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, and the apartments on the upper floors have spacious roof terraces. There is a playground and a cozy courtyard in the middle of the building.

Residents’ parking spaces have been safely moved under the building. Merko’s professionalism and years of experience are behind the high construction quality of the development. Noblessner’s new apartments and commercial spaces are being developed by Kodusadam OÜ, whose shareholders are BLRT Grupp and Merko Kodud.

The building at Allveelaeva 2 has been designed by PLUSS Architects, while the interior architectural solutions were created by studio Argus. PLUSS architects play an important role in the special atmosphere of Noblessner: they created the outdoor solutions here and the first modern residential buildings. The Allveelaeva 2 building continues the same enjoyable and people-friendly style.
