Noblessner was the first area in Tallinn where a comprehensive and healthy urban space was designed around seaside residences. There is a seaside promenade and city square, park areas, businesses and many excellent opportunities for leisure activities here. Kalamaja Park and the Seaplane Harbour are located right next to Noblessner, while Arsenal Centre, the Old Town and the Telliskivi Creative City are within a walking distance.

Everything necessary for an elegant and mundane life are right here nearby. Depending on your personal preferences and lifestyle, you can easily leave your car parked in the car park for days. This is a value in its own right in today’s world.

Noblessner is very conveniently accessible by land and sea to various modes of transport, from bicycles to big yachts. The access by land is from Kalaranna and Tööstuse streets, and the latter is directly connected with Noblessner via a broad shared-use path. There ‘Noblessner’ bus-stop (bus No. 73) is right there at Kalaranna street. Another bus-stop close by is ‘Kungla’ (bus No. 3) at Tööstuse street, near Kalamaja Park. But what is important too, Noblessner is also conveniently accessible by foot. It is one of the most beautiful walks in Tallinn, through the city and along the seaside.
