Sales process

Reservations

In order to reserve an apartment you will need to contact our sales manager. An apartment can be reserved for up to two weeks free of charge. The reservation comes into effect as soon as the sales manager confirms it with you in writing. We then mark the apartment as ‘reserved’ on our website. This period can be extended on agreement with the sales manager. If you fail to provide us with the necessary information during the reservation period, the seller has the right to unilaterally cancel your reservation.

Contract under the law of obligations

While the apartment building is under construction, a notarised contract under the law of obligations is entered into with the client. The basis for the issuing of such a contract is payment of 15% of the purchase price.

Real rights contract

Once construction has been completed, a notarised real rights contract is entered into with you, accompanied by the transfer of the apartment ownership right. At this point you pay the remainder of the purchase price.

Contract

The price of the contract includes:
  • the completion of the apartment and building in accordance with the designs and the interior finish package;
  • bathroom furniture with sanitary technology;
  • the fee for the construction and connection of utilities (electricity, water and sewerage).
The price of the contract does not include:
  • notary and state fees related to entering into the sales contract;
  • fees for connecting to telephone, data communication, cable television and security networks.
