We are selling commercial and production properties located in Vaela Village, Kiili municipality, Harjumaa county. The properties are near Kiili junction on the Tallinn Ring Road.

The distances are 3.5 km from the village of Kiili and about 16 km from the centre of Tallinn; 4.5 km from Tartu highway and 3.3 km from Viljandi highway. Access to the properties has been built via the feeder road from the Kurna traffic junction on the Tallinn Ring Road, which is national main road No 11.

By decision No 14 of the Kiili municipal council of 15 May 2014, a detailed spatial plan was established for the entire area of 22.29 ha, including 21 plots of commercial and production land. Individual properties can be merged.

The Kiili municipal council has issued building permits for roads and street lighting, electricity, communications, water and gas supply, and sewerage and stormwater drainage between the plots. At the border of the development area there are connection points for all public utilities (water, sewerage, electricity, communications, gas). A connection agreement for water supply and sewerage has been signed with the municipality’s water company Kiili KVH. According to the agreement, Kiili KVH provides sewerage and public water supply at a volume of 50 m³ per day. The low-voltage electricity connection is ampere based.

We are selling the development area as a whole or as individual properties. At the client’s request, we can build tailored production, warehouse or other commercial buildings that can be purchased with the property or taken on long-term lease.
