Apartments with kitchen furniture and wardrobe
The five-stage Pikaliiva development project, which proved extremely successful among customers, delivered ten residential buildings surrounded by greenery near Lake Harku. The last apartments were handed over to the new homeowners at the end of 2021.
To make moving to their new home even more convenient for the homeowners, we implemented a special project during the last two stages of the development, giving buyers the option of fitted furniture for their new home. To find a business partner, we held a competition with two participants and selected Aunman to provide the furniture solutions.
Our cooperation with Aunman consisted of the development of kitchen and wardrobe solutions for the different types of apartments, so that the future homeowners could immediately choose fitted furniture to go with their new homes. Various options in terms of layout, materials and colours were presented for each type of apartment. The keywords were practicality, high-quality materials and timeless design.
Customers were able to examine the solutions and materials with the sales manager in order to visualise the kitchen as well as possible. In addition, three-dimensional models of the kitchen and wardrobe solutions were produced to create an even more complete picture of the finished solution.
During stages 4 and 5, 115 apartments were completed in the Pikaliiva development project, of which 29 were supplied with Aunman’s kitchen furniture solutions. In addition, 16 and 15 apartment buyers ordered wardrobe solutions for the hallway and bedroom, respectively.
The buyers’ feedback on the furniture was positive. Customers who opted out of a fitted kitchen or wardrobe did so for various reasons, such as having already chosen a furniture maker.
