Õielehe private terraced house
The spacious terraced houses rising in the Õielehe quarter of Jüri offer the privacy and comforts typically associated with detached houses, and could easily be called ‘private terraced houses.’ If you value privacy and your own yard, but don’t want the greater responsibilities that come with a detached house, then the Õielehe terraced houses are made for you. The first phase includes a five-unit building.
Flexible layout
The five terraced house units in Õielehe offer spacious layouts ranging from 128–144 m². Each unit features five rooms, offering the flexibility to combine them into a cosy four-room home, if desired.
With a range of floor plans available, every family can find their perfect fit. Ceiling heights vary between 2.8–3 metres, with the upper floor featuring a gentle slope that adds a unique touch to the overall cosy ambiance. The terraced houses feature an energy class A rating, and cooling is conveniently included in the price.
Comforts of a detached house
Every terraced house unit boasts at least two bathrooms and a unique feature: a glass-walled sauna offering direct access to the terrace. Every unit features two terraces: savour your morning coffee on the kitchen terrace with a forest view, and your evening meal on the courtyard-side terrace basking in the afternoon sun.
Yard and storage
Each unit features a yard that ranges from 230 to 475 m², along with a separate storage room accessible from both outside and inside of the home. Storage rooms vary in size from 4 to 7.6 m².
If you require extra space for your belongings, we can build a well-lit, electrified garden shed for your unit upon request. Parking spaces are conveniently located next to the house.
Plenty of greenery
Right next to the Õielehe building begins a dense wooded area, which is also home to the Jüri health trail. The trail is lit, so you can enjoy your walks or runs in both daylight and after dark. And if you prefer indoor workouts, Jüri offers plenty of options for that as well.
