Merko Tartu actively continues Pärna allee apartment development
Merko Tartu has constructed eight apartment buildings on Pärna allee, with 220 flats sold and 16 still for sale. The company is continuing the development and construction of two other B energy class apartment buildings, which will see 60 flats completed by summer 2015. That will mark the completion of both the 10 building Pärna allee development and its landscaping.
“We are glad to be the first to start construction of B energy class buildings in Tartu municipality. We have made energy class B and the 2-year warranty provided on the apartments our standards. The good feedback and sales results to this point have given us the confidence we need to add two energy-efficient modern buildings to the Pärna allee project,” said Merko Tartu sales director Cleelia Pärtelpoeg. Each apartment building has a separate gas boiler; the flats have hydronic central heating systems, radiators as the heating elements and bathrooms with electric floor heating.
“Besides energy conservation, apartment buyers have increasingly higher demand for apartment functionality. The one- to three-room apartments on Pärna allee are characterized by a modern layout and clearly defined living zones – the bedroom side are set apart from the rest of the flat, the rooms can readily be furnished and the near ideal situation of the building ensures that sunlight reaches all flats,” said Pärtelpoeg. “Pärna allee is especially suitable for young families – besides being a comfortable living environment, the crèche located in the development guarantees a spot for children whose parents are registered as Tartu municipality residents”.
The three- and two-storey residential buildings designed by architect Janno Põldme feature interesting segmented forms. The interior design was done by OÜ Põldme and the buyer can choose from three interior design packages. All apartments have natural parquet floors. Each apartment unit comes with a parking place and storage space on 0-level.
Pärna allee’s three finished buildings still have 16 flats for sale and the two buildings still under construction and set to be completed in summer 2015 have a total of 60 flats.
An open house was held on Saturday, 6 December at Pärna allee 10, where visitors could see new sample flats (Pärna allee 10-30) and finished flats. They were also shown the work, floor plans and interior finishing packages for the buildings at Pärna allee 11 and 12. In the buildings due for completion, buyers can make changes in their floor plan and interior finishing solutions until 24 April 2015 in the case of Pärna allee 12 and until 6 March 2015 in the case of no. 12.
Merko Tartu’s Pärna allee flats are an integral residential area located in the new residential district along Narva mnt, on the street named Pärna allee in Tartu municipality, just a few minutes’ drive from the heart of Tartu and located near the future home of the National Museum. The location is convenient for drivers and public transport users. The closest bus stop is located 10 minute walk away. The residential development also has Kõrveküla nursery school’s Raadi crèche for children 1.5-3 years of age.
