Merko is hiring an experienced general construction site manager
who considers civil engineering their true calling, has the confidence to embrace exciting challenges and the desire to never stop learning and developing.
Your duties will be:
- organizing day-to-day construction activity on-site
- coordinating the work of subcontractors and overseeing their performance of contractual obligations
- enforcing compliance with occupational health and safety on-site
- being in charge of quality and deadline compliance
You will be a good fit for our team if:
- you have a higher or secondary education in civil engineering/construction
- you have at least five years of experience working as a site manager
- you hold professional certification or prerequisites for applying for it
- you are systematic, good at planning and organizing
- you value teamwork
- you have good communication and social skills
- you are an adept user of MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCad
- you have very good level of fluency in Estonian and are fluent In English and Russian at a conversational level
