Merko is hiring an experienced general construction project manager
who lives for exciting challenges, has an extensive set of knowledge and experience and a desire to never stop learning and developing.
Your duties will be:
- ensuring that sites are completed in a quality and timely way and staying within budget
- organizing building design development and the construction process
- managing construction works and the site team on-site
You will be a good fit for our team if:
- you have a higher education in civil engineering
- you have at least five years of experience working as a project manager
- you hold professional certification or prerequisites for applying for it
- you have knowledge and experience related to managerial work
- you are systematic, oriented to finding solutions and a good planner
- you value teamwork
- you have good communication and social skills
- you are adept at using MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCad
- you have very good level of fluency in Estonian and are fluent in English and Russian at a conversational level
