The rhythms of the city centre jostling outside, a pleasant and soothing play of sunlight and shadows inside. The newly completed demonstration apartment at 6 Odra Street is located at the point where two seemingly opposing worlds meet.

Our most recent demonstration apartment is located on the corner of Lastekodu and Odra Streets, where a modern three-part residential complex with a cosy courtyard is being completed this spring and summer. The architecture harmonises with the rhythms of the city, while the cosy small businesses at street level give a new look to this historical location.

The interior of the apartment with its New York vibe is inspired by the buzz of the city and is perfect for someone looking for a stylish, bold and cosy home in the heart of the city. In addition to the location and qualities of the project, the furnishings were inspired by the Modern interior decoration package used in the apartment, encouraging a choice of bolder forms and colour combinations.

The highlights include the light blue sofa (Aeg & Ruum), a combination of dining chairs in different shades and with rattan details (myOCCO), and a shag-pile rug from the BoConcept range. Classic natural herringbone parquet and light-toned walls are in pleasant harmony with the bolder elements, creating an enjoyable balance throughout the apartment.

In addition to eye-catching shapes and colour combinations, exciting solutions are also included in the form of the products themselves. For example, the bio fireplace in the living room (made in cooperation with Wall Design) offers a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of real fire while relaxing on the sofa or spending time in the stylish kitchen with family or friends. The demonstration apartment includes a number of special solutions created in cooperation with Schmidt to provide both concealed and visible storage places.

One of the special solutions is the extended windowsill in the master bedroom, where you can comfortably sit and read your favourite magazine or drink your morning coffee. The headboard in the bedroom was specially designed to serve both as a linen cupboard and a shelf where you can place an unfinished book or leave your phone to charge overnight.

In the children’s rooms, a refreshing contrast is provided by the white doors of the furniture, which are dark inside. Accents are added with items that can be changed effortlessly at any time to instantly give the room a different look. The covers of the headboard on the Isku beds can easily be changed for a fresh appearance.
