The campaign of OÜ Merko Kodu (hereinafter ‘Merko’) will run until 31.12.2026.
The campaign is valid for all those who conclude a notarised contract of obligations for the purchase of a Merko ready-made apartment during the campaign period.
The following special offers are valid within the framework of the campaign:
5% of the sale price of the apartment must be paid upon conclusion of the notarised contract of obligations when purchasing an apartment.
The remaining 95% of the sale price of the apartment must be paid and the real right contract must be concluded within 6 months, but no later than 31.12.2026.
During the campaign period, the increase in the VAT rate on 01.07.2025 will not affect the sale price of the apartment.
The campaign is valid only for Merko ready-made apartments.
If you use a loan to finance the purchase of an apartment, the bank’s requirements for the deposit and other terms may differ from those of the campaign.
Merko reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign or to terminate the campaign at any time by publishing the amended terms and conditions of the campaign on Merko’s website.
