Are you looking for a new home that you can move into right away? The selection of Merko homes includes several ready-made apartments.

Buying a home from Merko is easy
The information on the project website and our helpful sales managers will advise you if you have any questions. They will agree on the details of the purchase transaction with you, mediate communication with the construction team, prepare the documents, schedule your visit to inspect the apartment and book an appointment with a notary for signing the contract.
Steps to a new home
- Check out the living environment, buildings and other apartments on the developments’ websites. Be sure to also read the construction information and descriptions of the interior finishing packages.
- If you have found a suitable apartment, send a reservation application via the website. The sales manager will contact you to confirm the reservation. Please note: The apartment can be reserved for up to three weeks and free of charge.
- Make an appointment with the sales manager to meet at the apartment so that you can see your new home on site.
- If you are financing the purchase with a bank loan, now is the last time to contact the bank. Please note: If you need to sell your existing home before buying a new home, be sure to let our sales manager know.
- Based on the data received from you, the sales manager prepares a notarial sales contract with annexes.
- Before signing the contract, you can inspect the apartment, the solutions and equipment in the apartment will be presented and you can inspect the work to make sure that everything is as you agreed. Please note: Before signing the contract, the price of the apartment must be paid into the bank account of Merko Kodud or the deposit account of the notary attesting the transaction. If the purchase is financed by a bank, a representative of the bank will also be present when the contract is signed.
- After concluding a notarial contract of sale, you will become the owner of the apartment and we will hand over possession to you. You will receive a set of keys to your new home, maintenance and user manuals. In addition, utility readings are recorded.Then you can move in and enjoy your new home!
- We will still be there for you! We look forward to your feedback and will be happy to assist you if you have any questions or concerns that can be addressed under the warranty.
