We concluded a contract for the second stage of construction of the Hyatt hotel
We began construction of the Hyatt hotel in May 2023. In the first stage, we completed construction of the main structure. Under the contract for the second stage, which was concluded yesterday, we shall preform the interior finishing work in the building and install the necessary technical utility systems.
The first Hyatt hotel in the Baltic countries will open its doors at Sadama 4 in Tallinn at the end of 2025. The construction of the building consisting of hotel and office premises is planned to be completed in November 2025.
“Our aim is to create a modern hotel that meets the highest quality standards. The construction work on the building has progressed as planned, and we are very happy that we will shortly see the Hyatt hotel chain in Tallinn, one of the largest players in the global hotel market,” said Igor Viskub, a member of the Management Board of Estma HPT, the developer of the hotel building.
The Hyatt Place hotel, built in accordance with the standards of the Hyatt hotel chain, will have six aboveground floors and one underground floor. The hotel will have 169 rooms, including family rooms and suites. There will be a Zoom Restaurant, a lobby bard and a stylish bar on the top floor of the building.
Additional amenities at the hotel include a fitness hall and flexible conference and event rooms for hosting various events. The building will use an innovative central cooling system.
The area of the entire building is 14,780 square metres, part of which will be hotel premises and part office premises. A high-class restaurant is planned for the first floor. Some office premises will be rented out and companies related to Estma OÜ will move into the remainder.
The building has been designed by Karisma architects. Alongside Estma HPT, the project is being developed by Nordox and Wingmacht Arendus.
