Terms and Conditions of the Notary Fee Campaign

The campaign is organised by OÜ Merko Kodud (hereinafter “Merko”). The campaign runs from 1 November to 31 December 2026.
The offer applies to customers who enter into a sales agreement for an apartment ownership (a contract under the law of obligations together with a real rights agreement) with Merko during the campaign period to purchase a completed apartment. The campaign covers completed apartments in all Merko developments.
As part of the campaign, Merko will cover the notary fee for the notarisation of the sales agreement. The offer does not cover notary fees related to establishing a mortgage, fees for other notarial acts or state fees.
Merko reserves the right to amend the campaign terms or end the campaign early by publishing the relevant information on its website.
