New apartments in Tartu – Erminurme
We launched a new apartment development project located on the border of Tartu Rural Municipality and the City of Tartu. Work on the construction and sale of the first apartments in Erminurme has begun.
Erminurme’s homes will be located near Raadi Manor and the Estonian National Museum, which is considered to be the largest and most modern museum in Europe. The total volume of the Erminurme development project is 12 new two- to three-storey apartment buildings with a total of 224 apartments. Based on current plans, construction of the buildings will take place in stages over the next five years.
During the course of Erminurme’s first phase of construction a three-storey apartment building with 18 apartments, located at Erminurme tee 10, will be completed in August 2021. The two- to four-room apartments located in the Class A Energy Efficiency building will range from 48 to 92 m2 in size.
Erminurme is a living environment with a circular ground plan, cosy and adapted to fit into the milieu of the surroundings, where it is just as easy to enjoy local cultural events and the possibilities offered by the surrounding nature as well as maintaining close contact with the heart of Tartu. The architectural solution for the residential block has been created by OÜ Põldme Arhitektuur. We are building the development project as a whole. We will be building landscaped courtyards with recreation and play areas, the necessary access roads and parking spaces, all with a harmonious architectural solution that is adapted to the surroundings and in harmony with each other. In addition to the new residential buildings, we are also building a public park area, which we will present to the Tartu Rural Municipality Government upon completion.
