New apartment buildings in the City Centre District – Odra

We are launching the Odra development project in the City Centre District of Tallinn, within the framework of which a three-part building complex – with a total of 114 new homes and seven commercial premises – will be completed at the beginning of 2023.

The Odra development project (merko.ee/odra) is located on the corner of Lastekodu and Odra streets, in a logistically convenient location with an exciting history – a narrow-gauge railway once ran along Odra Street and there was a marketplace where the bus station now stands.

The sizes of the apartments in the one- to five-room B-energy class buildings – rising at the address Lastekodu 31/1, Lastekodu 31/2 and Odra 6 – range from 23 to 132 square metres. Street-side sections of the building have up to six floors, while the courtyard side has up to five floors. Many apartments have balconies or rooftop terraces. Commercial premises are located on the street level, where, for example, small offices or cosy cafes can be established.

The Odra apartment buildings will be completed in the beginning of 2023. A private green courtyard will be created around the buildings, including a playground and recreation areas. Parking spaces are located on the underground storey connecting the three buildings. The neighbouring bus and tram stops also offer convenient movement opportunities for those who prefer to travel via public transport.
