New apartment buildings in Nõmme

We are launching the Metsatuka development in the Nõmme district of Tallinn, which will see a total of 130 homes built by early 2023. The sale of apartments will begin soon.

The Metsatuka development (merko.ee/metsatuka) is located in the vicinity of Pääsküla bog and forests. The two to four room apartments located in B energy class buildings to be built at Teelise 6 and Teelise 8/10 will have 40–124 square metres of space. To maximize sunlight, most apartments have glass enclosed balconies and some of the bigger apartments extend through the building. Otherwise the apartment buildings are four-storey but the southern-facing parts will have three storeys. The most luxurious apartments in the development have a sauna and roof deck and thanks to the three exterior walls, they have a spacious view of the surroundings.

The Metsatuka apartment buildings will be completed in early 2023. We will establish a courtyard around the building with play areas and seating. Parking spaces are available on the underground parking level and in a parking lot. For those who do not use cars, Metsatuka is conveniently served by bicycle routes, buses and trains.
