Merko seen as an attractive employer
Employer branding agency Instar has released the results of its annual survey of work expectations and employers’ reputation, sampling the views of over 6100 university and vocational school students and people with experience in the workforce regarding the attractiveness of 228 Estonian organizations.
Merko placed 81st in the overall rankings of Estonia’s biggest and most important employers and was second among students in technology fields.
Instar has been mapping work-related preferences in Estonia since 2010. In all years of the survey, Merko has stood out among construction companies as an employer.
In the rankings of the technology students – compiled since 2017 – we have been in the top five companies to work for and on two occasions, we were awarded the recognition of most attractive construction company in Estonia.
In the annual survey conducted by Instar, respondents rate their expectations as to employers, information and information channels. In addition, they rate the attractiveness of potentially working for Estonia’s biggest and most important employers.
