Merko held on to its position as Estonia’s best-known and most reliable real estate developer in a survey of Estonian real estate brands conducted by market research firm Kantar Emor.
In all the key indicators – renown, reputation index, home purchase plans offered – Merko was easily a frontrunner. Respondents give high marks to Merko’s quality, reliability and the well-thought-out floor plans of apartments and professional development process. Merko had a high name recognition score among people planning to buy a home in the near future and we are considered the most reliable partner.
The Kantar Emor online survey was held from 23 September to 10 October. There were 411 respondents who plan to buy or have recently bought an apartment in a new development in or around Tallinn. The survey gauged the renown and reputation of Estonia’s real estate developers, the main needs of people shopping for a new home, and the experiences of recent home buyers.
Factoring in the results of the Brand Capital pan-Baltic brand survey, both confirmed that Merko’s strengths are seen as quality and professionalism and that these attributes are clearly perceived and valued by respondents.
