The moment you step inside, your eyes are drawn to the spacious Schmidt hallway wardrobe, thoughtfully designed so that every item has its place. The open centre section provides convenient space for a handbag, while small drawers neatly hold keys or shoe-care accessories. The side compartments offer generous storage for clothing and footwear. The doors are finished in Nano Sencha, a soft green fingerprint-resistant material, combined with a light Clay accent in the middle. Elegant LED lighting highlights the artistic Japanese Garden print panel, while long gold handles harmonise beautifully with the matching gold-framed mirror in the entryway.
A living room full of warmth and contrast
The open-plan living room features a velvety terracotta modular sofa (Sofaservice) that pairs perfectly with luxurious pendant lights (Hektor Light) and a gold coffee table, complemented by a bouclé lounge chair (Dan-Form). Because the living and kitchen areas share one space, the kitchen design reflects the same colour palette. Warm copper tones appear in the Dekton Awake stone worktop and backsplash, in the Neff coffee machine as well as in the oven and faucet details. The cabinetry combines the familiar Nano Sencha material from the hallway with a soft light Vision Loft MDF, echoing the stone’s undertone. The curved upper cabinet doors lend the kitchen a smooth, modern aesthetic and an elegant rounded form.
To seamlessly link the kitchen furniture with the living room, the Iron Blush shade was used for both the handle-free kitchen rails and the Schmidt TV cabinet with stylish golden legs. The dining area features a black-veneered round table and light bouclé-upholstered chairs (Dan-Form), mirroring the upper cabinet curves. A bold wall print adds character and energy to the space.
Smart and stylish children’s room
The children’s room may be smaller, but every square metre is used efficiently. A spacious Schmidt wardrobe continues into a practical study nook with shelves and drawers for storage. The Color Block Viva print panel brings playfulness to the shelving backdrop and is echoed on the opposite wall. The Riviera Maison chair features a swivel seat for comfortable movement.

Terracotta-toned bed linen and a blue-grey velvet bedspread complement the dreamy wall artwork and create a sense of calm. A tasteful chandelier ties the colour scheme together. The balcony offers a charming view of the courtyard, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Throughout the apartment, curtains by Dever, Merko’s long-term partner, complete each room with warmth and elegance.
From the bedroom, there is direct access to a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, both furnished by Schmidt using dark Osaka wood-effect material and drawer fronts with the same Color Block Viva pattern found in the children’s room.
