Euromoney once again nominates Merko as the best real estate developer in Estonia

The world’s leading business and investment magazine, Euromoney, acknowledged in its newest real estate market survey that AS Merko Ehitus is the best real estate developer in Estonia. Merko triumphed in all five categories, including overall, residential, industrial and leisure. Merko earned the best real estate developer recognition also in 2012.

“The results of the survey conducted at an international level are a great recognition for the entire company and our professional staff. We have achieved a good position on the real estate development market and we continue to contribute to its strengthening and will invest in new development projects. Financial magazine Euromoney (www.euromoney.com), which has been published since 1969, prepared the survey of the best players in the real estate sector, entitled “Real Estate Survey 2014”, for the tenth time based on market data, taking also into account the ratings given by developers, advisors, business customers, investors, banks, commercial users and end users from more than 60 countries. The respondents had to assess which companies offered the best real estate products and services on their market in the last 12 months.
