Steps to Your New Home
- We currently have ready apartments available in the Lahekalda quarter, Noblessner, Uus-Veerenni, Tihase homes, Nõmme 328 development, Metsatuka, Odra homes, and the Erminurme quarter.
- Explore each development’s website to learn more about the living environment, buildings, and available apartments. Don’t forget to check the construction details and interior finishing packages.
- Once you’ve found an apartment you like, submit a reservation request through the website. A sales manager will contact you to confirm your reservation. Please note: An apartment will be reserved for up to three weeks, free of charge.
- Arrange a visit with the sales manager to explore your future home in person.
- If you’re financing the purchase with a bank loan, now is the time to contact your bank and request offers. Please note: If you need to sell your current home before buying a new one, please be sure to inform your sales manager.
- The sales manager will prepare a notarial real-right sale agreement, along with all required annexes.
- Before signing the agreement, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect the apartment, review the solutions and installations, and ensure that all work meets the agreed standards. Please note: Before signing, the apartment price must be paid to OÜ Merko Kodud’s bank account or to the notary’s escrow account. If the purchase is financed by a bank, a bank representative will also attend the signing.
- After signing the notarial agreement, you become the legal owner of the apartment, and we will hand over possession. You’ll receive your keys, maintenance and user manuals, and we’ll record the utility readings. Then it’s time to move in and start enjoying your new home!
