An Elegant Model Apartment in Noblessner

Warm cognac-toned herringbone parquet, tall interior doors, and golden and bronze details create a truly elegant atmosphere in this model apartment on the second floor of the Allveelaeva 4 building in Noblessner. In addition to a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the sea and the soft morning sunlight, the 70 m² home includes a cosy bedroom, a smaller room currently furnished as a study, a shower room, and a separate WC. The apartment also features a glazed balcony.

For this interior, Inga Viileberg, Merko’s interior design expert, decided to step slightly outside her comfort zone by using bolder, more expressive colours. Yet the home remains warm, welcoming, and full of character. The statement piece – a red Neiser sofa in the living room – is complemented by softer-toned BoConcept dining chairs. These on-trend shades harmonise beautifully, creating an elegant and visually striking interior.

The custom-made kitchen and wardrobes by Aunman combine design precision with practicality. The open-plan living area accommodates both the spacious kitchen furniture and a BoConcept dining table. The kitchen catches the eye with its stained wood veneer cabinet doors, glass display cabinet, and a heat- and scratch-resistant Dekton Entzo stone worktop. Built-in Bosch appliances add functionality, while gold-toned Hektor Light fixtures and soft, airy curtains from Dever in a delicate golden hue complete the refined look.

Bold colours extend into the other rooms. In the study, a red armchair is paired with a light-blue rug, a black desk and chair (Isku), and a BoConcept display cabinet.

The spacious bedroom feels truly inviting with its blue velvet bed from Isku and golden velvet curtains from Dever, which add warmth and softness. A folding-door wardrobe with gold handles and tone-on-tone panels blends seamlessly with the wall colour for a clean, cohesive impression. A ceiling light from Olev Lighting (via Hektor Light) ties the entire room’s palette together perfectly.

In the shower room and smaller WC, Duravit furniture and Hansgrohe fittings combine with tiles from the Kalasaba interior package, creating a cosy and elegant composition. The same tile continues into the hallway floor, where the Aunman wardrobe and materials subtly hint at the apartment’s cohesive design concept the moment you step inside.
