AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is the full member of the Digital Construction Cluster

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is the full member of the Digital Construction Cluster from 15 March 2018. The Digital Construction Cluster aims to shift paradigms inside the construction sector, placing significant emphasis on altering business customs and models. The cluster wants to create a construction environment, where collaboration between various parties is valued highly and the construction is observed during the whole life-cycle from idea inception to utilization.

The strategic objective is to create an innovative digital construction environment with new VDCM products, Grid and an e-construction portal for the entire life-cycle of a building. The cluster is focused on developing knowledge-based construction, where the general goal of construction sector is increase added value, technically also described as resource reductions per production unit.

The Digital Construction Cluster aggregates property developers, architects, engineers, construction software developers, consultants, representatives of builders and construction management, property owners, local governments and institutions of higher education and competence centres.
