Construction at the Tallinn location of the Academy of Security Sciences has begun, set to take infrastructure for the educational establishment to a new level.
Merko’s role in the project is to establish a flag plaza near the new dormitory and academic building complex. The works include demolition of old infrastructure and engineering works, and the establishment of new utility lines, a pavilion, an approximately 300-space car parking facility and landscaping.
The completion date of the new plaza is set for January 2027.
