Erminurme – homes in harmony between nature and culture
Our Erminurme quarter in Tartu is located in a very special place where nature meets culture. One moment you are surrounded by the privacy and serenity of nature, while after just a short walk you will have arrived at the Estonian National Museum that can take you on an exciting cultural journey. Tartu city centre is just 10 minutes away, and it is this symbiosis of different worlds that makes Erminurme a pleasant place to live.
Far from being a fantasy, the idyllic setting described above is materialised in our newly completed model apartment in the residential building at 14 Erminurme tee (one of the penultimate or phase 4 residential buildings, which will be fully completed this summer), where natural materials and earthy tones meet occasional trendy splashes of colour and accent.
The jewel of the model apartment is undoubtedly the spacious balcony (9.3 sq m), a perfect bridge between the cosiness of home and the rhythms of nature. Each Erminurme apartment has a private balcony, where nothing separates you from the vibrant greenery.
The cosy atmosphere continues in the bathroom, where natural tones create a peaceful atmosphere for enjoying morning or evening spa treatments.
The model apartment was furnished by Cleelia Pärtelpoeg, Sales Manager for the Erminurme development project. Involved in furnishing the model apartment were: Grandber Sisustus (custom furniture), Masku (upholstered furniture and decor details), Isku (furniture) and Blinder (curtains).
