Euromoney called AS Merko Ehitus the best real estate developer

International financial magazine Euromoney acknowledged AS Merko Ehitus the Estonian best developer in the real estate market survey for 2012.

Andres Trink, chairman of the management board of AS Merko Ehitus, said that the acknowledgment is even more valuable, as the Estonian construction and real estate sectors have encountered complicated times during recent years. “We have also not been left intact of that. Regardless of the latter the employees and managers of Merko have been able to work devotedly and purposefully and look forward to the future. I am pleased to state that the efforts of our employees stand out also based on the international comparison methodology,” Trink said.

Euromoney prepared Real Estate Survey 2012, the survey of the best in the real estate sector, for the eighth time based on the market information, also the opinions of the developers, advisors, business clients, investors and banks are taken into account.
