Construction of new apartment building to get under way at Noblessner

In cooperation between Merko and BLRT, 10 apartment buildings have gone up over the years, with more than 500 homes. The latest project will be launched shortly on the Allveelaeva 2 plot.

The next apartment building in the Noblessner complex will be completed at that address in early 2027. The building follows the architectural style of its predecessor from 2023 at Allveelaeva 4; it will have six storeys and 83 apartments and six commercial spaces.

The apartments in the energy class A building will range from 42 to 161 square metres. Parking spaces are located on the building’s ground level and underground level. The landscaped interior courtyard features play and recreational areas. The architecture was designed by Arhitektuuribüroo PLUSS.

Noblessner, known for its distinguished history, is today a modern living environment surrounded by a full-featured urban space with plazas, parks, seaside promenade and a diversity of recreational and leisure possibilities.

The new residential projects in Noblessner are being developed by Kodusadam, in which Merko Kodud and BLRT Grupp each hold a 50% stake. Noblessner has also built four apartment buildings on Staapli Street, five on Vesilennuki Street and one on Allveelaeva Street. These buildings have a total of 505 apartments and 42 commercial units.
