During the flowering and growing season, the area surrounding the Leedri apartment buildings is filled with greenery, including landscaped planting areas, perennial flowerbeds, and many trees and bushes. The courtyard already features the completed Jasmiini Street playground, a climbing area, an outdoor gym, and a basketball court.

The Jasmiini Street recreation area has an environmentally friendly rainwater collection system that reduces the risk of flooding from heavy rainfall and feeds the local groundwater and vegetation. Adjacent to the recreation area is a designated dog walking area – a place where your four-legged companion can make new friends.

The new Raadi Education Centre is home to a kindergarten and a primary school. Additional buildings are planned, and the complex will soon include a sports facility with a stadium.

Raadi offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities, including walking and cycling paths, outdoor gyms, and a basketball court. Nearby attractions include the Roosi Disc Golf Park and the Holm football park. In winter, you can go tubing at Raadimõisa or ski along the Vedru ski trails. Within a radius of approximately 2 km of the Leedri homes, you will find Raadi Manor and its park, the Estonian National Museum with its exhibitions and busy event calendar, and the beautiful views and winding walking paths of Majoraadi Park.
