Second-to-last wave of apartment buildings in Pikaliiva residential quarter now on sale

The sale of apartments in the buildings at Äkke 1 and Äkke 3 in Pikaliiva quarter has started. Two four-storey buildings with a total of 50 one- to four-room apartments will be ready by autumn 2021. The building at Äkke 1 is the last smaller building in Pikaliiva, and will have only 17 apartments.

Pikaliiva quarter is located near Lake Harku in Tallinn’s Haabersti district. The development project consists of the construction of 10 four-storey apartment buildings. The first four of the buildings are already inhabited and the last apartments in the two buildings to be completed next month are now going fast. Following Äkke 1 and Äkke 3, two buildings are yet to be built.

Merko’s Pikaliiva quarter features cosy apartments with well-designed floor plans and child friendly interior courtyards. The first residents moved in a year ago. Today Pikaliiva has become a well-functioning, comfortable living environment.

The apartment buildings in Pikaliiva are energy class B. The sizes of the apartments are in the range of 33–84 m2 and home buyers can choose from six interior finishing packages. The buildings have economical hydronic floor heating, and emphasis has been laid on sound-proof interior walls and increased thermal insulation of exterior walls. The parking spaces for cars are around the buildings, and the interior courtyards are landscaped and boast playgrounds.
