Merko is the most reputable real estate developer in Estonia

A survey of real estate brands conducted by Kantar Emor at the end of September revealed that Merko is the most reputable real estate developer in Estonia. The survey was not only interested in reputation but also in the fame of the companies – when asked which developers’ people can spontaneously recall, the largest number, 59 percent, said Merko.

“The title of Estonia’s most reputable and well-known real estate developer is a great recognition. High ratings, especially among recent apartment buyers, confirm that aiming for the best customer experience is the way to go. It is good that the most important topics for the clients seen in the survey coincide with what Merko as a developer values – reliability, professionalism and quality, good spatial planning, and attractive development projects,” commented Kaspar Vitsur, Real Estate Development Manager of Merko Ehitus Eesti.

The survey covered 600 people, including 267 respondents who plan to buy an apartment in a new development in or near Tallinn, as well as 214 recent buyers who have purchased an apartment in the capital or Harju County in recent years.
