Berlin

The Berlin package carries a sense of both tradition and free-spirited character. The floor features bright herringbone parquet, while light wall tones enhance the feeling of spaciousness. Traditional-profile interior doors complement the parquet, with black door handles adding a modern accent.

In this bathroom, where historic and contemporary styles meet, vertically installed small green tiles catch the eye and are balanced by a calm grey-toned tile. Black sanitary fittings serve as a striking accent.

Milan

The Milano package is both contemporary and classically European in style. A timeless combination is created by beige and light tones, subtly grey-tinted parquet flooring and framed details.

The bathroom tile in the Milano package imitates travertine, a stone found in abundance in Italy. Travertine has been used as a building material since ancient times, yet it is also highly fashionable today—making it both timeless and modern at the same time. The bathroom creates a bright impression with a subtle, lace-like elegance.

Interior finishing

London

The London package has a deep, refined and sophisticated character. Dark oak herringbone parquet is planned for the floor, while the wall tones are warm beige-grey. Grey framed doors complement the palette, with black door handles adding contrast.

The bathroom is tiled with a dark tile imitating quartzite found in Brazil, balanced by a lighter tile on one wall. Black chrome sanitary fittings enhance the overall sophisticated look.

Interior finishing

Tallinn

This package is characterised by grey tones inspired by Tallinn’s distinctive limestone, neutral light oak parquet flooring and doors finished with light oak veneer. The Tallinn package creates a calm and distinctly Nordic atmosphere.

The main tile in the Tallinn package bathroom imitates natural salt stone, giving the space a dignified and timeless appearance. A light ceramic tile balances the intensity of the natural stone in the room. The sanitary fittings feature a chrome finish, emphasising a design approach that values tradition.

Interior finishing

Paris

The warm and delicate tones of the Paris package are complemented by deeply warm oak parquet with a subtle reddish hue. Traditional-profile interior doors add a touch of classic elegance.

In this pleasantly warm and atmospheric bathroom, the main feature is a ceramic tile with a subtle plaster-like texture, balanced by a smooth beige tile. Black chrome sanitary fittings provide an elegant accent.

Interior finishing

Tokyo

The Tokyo package has a natural and airy character. The floor features light oak parquet, while the accent colour is a soft olive tone. The overall look is complemented by smooth interior doors that match the parquet finish, with black door handles adding a subtle touch of contrast.

The green plaster-textured tile in the bathroom creates a warm, jungle-like atmosphere, balanced by a light beige tile. Black sanitary fittings add a striking accent.

Interior finishing

Interior design

“The initial inspiration for the interior finishing packages of the Tiiu 14 building came from the façade, built with red and green bricks. This became the starting point for the Paris and Tokyo packages.

The other packages have been designed so that every future homeowner can find something that suits them – something neutral and natural for the Nordic mindset, something classic, something deep and moody, and something lively for those who prefer a new-meets-old style mix.”
