Merko is the best-known real estate brand in Estonia

In June 2018, Kantar Emor completed a survey that revealed the public’s brand awareness of 22 Estonian real estate brands and the needs of people who wish to buy an apartment in Tallinn and nearby new urban areas, along with the previous home purchase experience of people. The best-known real estate brand in terms of aided awareness is Merko: 94% people recognised it out of the predefined list of 22 developers.

The participants in the survey included 233 people who wish to buy an apartment in a new urban area in the near future and 150 inhabitants who have already bought an apartment in a new urban area in the last five years. The survey provided valuable information on how people perceive different development brands and how renowned the specific real estate developers are.
